What the beta is
The beta is a free, early version of Atmovi. It may have bugs, change between versions, or lose features we decide to rework. Please keep your own backups of anything important, as you would with any new software.
Using Atmovi
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the beta on Macs you own or control, for your own personal or work use. Please don’t resell or redistribute it, try to get around its safety controls or licensing, or use it to break the law or harm others.
The AI model Atmovi downloads is provided under its own open license, which comes with the app.
Your content
Your questions, files and everything Atmovi makes for you belong to you. They stay on your Mac. We don’t claim any rights to them.
AI answers
Atmovi can be wrong, even when it sounds sure. Check important answers and their sources, and don’t rely on it alone for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You’re responsible for how you use Atmovi and what you do with its results.
No guarantees
The beta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from using the beta. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Atmovi without owing you anything. We’re grateful for every one.
Ending the beta
You can stop using the beta at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the beta, or a version of it, with notice on this website. The free plan continues after the beta.
Changes and contact
If we update these terms, we’ll change the date above and mention it in the release notes. Questions are welcome through the support form.
