The Atmovi app
The AI model in Atmovi runs on your Mac. Your questions, the files and folders you share with it, its answers and the record of what it did are stored on your Mac. We never receive them, and we can’t read them.
Atmovi connects to the internet only for:
- Downloading the AI model during setup, from the model’s public host.
- Web searches and reading web pages, when a question needs up-to-date facts. The websites involved see a normal request from your Mac.
- Checking for updates. This shares your app version and your network address with our hosting provider, as any download does.
Private chats are not saved to your history at all.
This website
atmoviai.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and code are served from our own site, not from third parties. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the network information every website request includes, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Beta sign-up
When you request a beta invite we store your email address, the role and Mac chip you chose, and when you agreed to hear from us. We use this only to send your invite, help you set up, and share important beta updates. We don’t add you to any other list, and you can unsubscribe from any email. When the beta ends, or when you ask, we delete it.
Support messages
When you contact support we store your email address, the topic, the app version if you gave it, and your message, so our team can reply and follow up. We may also use what you tell us, without your contact details, to improve Atmovi. We keep it only as long as we need it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Please don’t send passwords, license keys or private documents.
Who we share with
We use Cloudflare to host this website and to store sign-ups and support messages. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We would only disclose it if the law required us to.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the support form with the email address you signed up with and choose “Privacy or my data”. We’ll confirm the request came from that address before acting on it. You won’t need to send any identity documents.
Atmovi isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If we change how Atmovi handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects the app itself, we’ll say so in the release notes before it takes effect. Questions are welcome through the support form.
